This module is an extension of the Customer Loyalty Network, and is inlcuded purely as fully operable demonstration of how your website can be not only an information dissemination tool, but an information gathering tool as well. Sign up for our Focus Group, and we'll email you a user name and password to access our Focus Group workspace. We prefer to keep your "Focus Group" identity secret from our employess, so we can gather as much 'real customer experience' information and feedback as possible. We will email you your monthly assignment, as well as post it in the Focus Group workspace. Complete your assignment, and record your observations. Mail us your cleaning invoices as they are incurred, and we'll mail you a check back to re-emburse your expenses. THAT'S RIGHT! You'll get free cleaning! We do not offer compensation other than we buy the coffee, doughnuts, and pizza when we hold an 'in person' focus group meeting at an offsite location. Oh yes, once in a while, we do hold in person meetings, but these rarely last more than two hours, and they are a lot of fun. Attendance is not mandatory, but it is fun to come out and meet fellow focus group memebrs, and wonder...just who are THOSE people behind the two way mirror? Customer Panel information: We canvass the area immediately around our dry cleaning shop locations, and invite selected individuals to join different customer panels. We are looking for many different types of individuals to sit on our Customer Panels. Which one would you like to join? Prospect Customer Panel: is comprised of individuals who are not our customer, but go to another dry cleaner. Prospect Customer Panel II: is comprised of people who go to multiple dry cleaners, and have no loyalty/affinity or preference to any ONE cleaner. Active Customer Panel I: is comprised of customers of Dalmatian Cleaners Active Customer Panel II: is comprised of screened customers of Dalamatian Cleaners, selected for 'special ops' based upon their shopping habits. Here's how it works: we invite individuals to join a certain customer panel. We provide Customer Panel members with a user name and password to access the Customer Panel workspace on our website. We also hold monthly in-person meetings at our offsite meeting places. Attendance and assignments ARE mandatory, and we are presently paying $100.00 per month per member.
